Whilst we try to display the colors of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colors you see will depend on your screen and we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will accurately reflect the product color upon delivery. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you ordered are not available and may offer an alternative of equal or higher quality and value, otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Acceptance of your Order

Completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the product(s) or commence the services ordered. By submitting an electronic order, you are making an offer to purchase, which results in a binding contract only upon our acceptance.

• All products remain the property of Article One until payment is received in full.
• If we cannot supply an item, we will not process your order and will issue a refund via store credit/voucher.
• Refunds for online payments will be processed in PKR.
• Article One reserves the right to cancel orders due to, but not limited to, product unavailability or incorrectly listed prices.

Delivery of your Order

Article One products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

• We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
• We reserve the right to split orders if necessary, at no additional delivery cost to you.
• We cannot entertain changes to an order once it has been dispatched.
