Return and Exchange Policy

OVERVIEW

You have 03 days from the date of delivery to claim a return or exchange if your order meets the following criteria:

• The product is damaged, stained, defective, wrong, or incomplete.
• The product received does not match the size ordered.

Important Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

• The product(s) must be unused and in the original packaging with all labels and protective stickers still attached.
• In case you receive an opened or unsealed box or packaging, please inform us immediately to avoid any claims being rejected.
• Provide all the required information to our representative. If all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule a pick-up from your doorstep or route you to the nearest outlet for exchange purposes.
• If you are unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like to receive a different size, you can email us at support@articleone.me.

Sale Items & Color Variations:

Exchanges during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you ordered.

Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may vary slightly from what is seen on screen. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Non-Exchangeable/Returnable Items:

Please be advised that the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Inner-wear products (due to the nature of the products and to maintain hygiene standards).
• Accessories, fragrances, and cosmetics (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
• Groom Collection articles.
• Wooden boxes.
