DELIVERY TIME
The estimated average delivery time is 1–3 working days for major cities, while deliveries to other cities and remote areas may take 3–5 working days.
You are requested to be available at the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
Timely delivery is subject to the availability of the articles and order confirmation.
During sale periods, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The estimated dispatch time for International orders is 5 to 7 working days after the order has been confirmed.
The delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
Article One will not be responsible for any refund if the consignee requests an order cancellation once the order "is in process".
Customers will be liable to bear the shipment and customs charges if they refuse or return the delivery.
During sale events, the average delivery time can exceed the normal timeframe.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a prepaid order, please reach out to us within 6 hours of placing your order. Upon cancellation, the refund will be made via store credit/credit voucher.
Once the order is “in process”, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS
We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, in some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or a source to process the order. This will be requested from the consignee through a call or email as per the bank's instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
Article One reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.
DELIVERY CHARGES
A flat shipping charge of Rs. 149 will be applied to all orders delivered within Pakistan.
Charges for all international deliveries vary from country to country depending upon the city, state, country, and locality. To calculate shipment charges, you can select any product and proceed to checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (this does not include any taxes & duties).
Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery by the courier.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email.
If you don't get any tracking updates, please write to us at support@articleone.me.
We use third-party logistics providers (3PL) to handle and deliver all orders.
Article One cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
